On June 26, Xiamen HarmoPower Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HarmoPower") signed a cooperation agreement with Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone and Tong'an District to jointly build a storage energy industry ecosystem. According to the agreement, Hechu will establish its headquarters and production base in Xiamen in the future and plans to use it as its future listing entity. Deputy Mayor of Xiamen Municipal People's Government, Zhuang Rongliang; Li Zuguang, Standing Committee Member and Executive Deputy District Head of Xiamen Tong'an District Committee; Sui Guoyu, Deputy Director of Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone Management Committee; and Lin Weixing, Chairman of Xiamen HarmoPower Tech Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

Lin Weixing: The HarmoPower power plant-level centralized access flexible energy storage HLL-1500 and HLA-1500 series have single unit capacities of 3.354 MWh and 7.16 MWh, respectively. They are used to centrally locate energy storage devices in one or a few centralized locations, connecting to the 10kV or 35kV AC power grid via a combined inverter and step-up transformer to provide power reserves and regulation services. Recently, at RE+ the largest new energy exhibition in North America, RuiPu LanJun successfully won two energy storage orders for its Wendding 320Ah battery. They signed an 8.4GWh procurement agreement with POWIN, a leading US energy storage system integrator, and a 10GWh framework procurement agreement with SUNPIN SOLAR, a leading US photovoltaic power station system integrator and solar power plant developer. It is understood that RuiPu LanJun's Wendding 320Ah energy storage battery cells will be put into mass production in October.
